Product Description

This yeast is characterized by a malty finish and balanced aroma. It is a strong fermenter and produces low diacetyl.

Attenuation: 68-76%
Flocculation: Medium to High
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 50-55°F (10-13°C)
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium

Note: White Labs yeast must be kept cold to ensure freshness. They are shipped with ice packs, but need to be refrigerated upon receipt. Remove them from cold storage a few hours before use.
