Product Description

This yeast is one of the most widely used lager yeasts in the world. Very malty and clean, great for all German lagers, Pilsner, Oktoberfest, and Märzen.

Attenuation: 74-79%
Flocculation: Medium
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 50-55°F (10-13°C)
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium

Note: White Labs yeast must be kept cold to ensure freshness. They are shipped with ice packs, but need to be refrigerated upon receipt. Remove them from cold storage a few hours before use.
