Product Description

Classic yeast, used to produce champagne, cider, dry meads, dry wines, or to fully attenuate barley wines/ strong ales. Neutral flavor.

Attenuation: >75%
Flocculation: Low
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 70-75°F (21-24°C)
Alcohol Tolerance: 17%

Note: White Labs yeast must be kept cold to ensure freshness. They are shipped with ice packs, but need to be refrigerated upon receipt. Remove them from cold storage a few hours before use.
