Product Description

A blended culture used to produce the classic beer styles of the West Flanders region of Belgium. A proprietary blend of Saccharomyces yeasts, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus, this culture creates a more complex, dark stone fruit characteristic than WLP655 Belgian Sour Mix.

Attenuation: 80-85%
Flocculation: Medium-Low
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 68-80°
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High

Note: White Labs yeast must be kept cold to ensure freshness. They are shipped with ice packs, but need to be refrigerated upon receipt. Remove them from cold storage a few hours before use.
