Product Description

Slightly phenolic and tart, this is the original yeast used to produce Wit beers in Belgium.

Attenuation: 74-78%
Flocculation: Low to Medium
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 67-74°F (19-23C)
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium

Note: White Labs yeast must be kept cold to ensure freshness. They are shipped with ice packs, but need to be refrigerated upon receipt. Remove them from cold storage a few hours before use.
