Product Description

Can ferment up to 25% alcohol. From England, this strain produces ester character that increases with increasing gravity. Malt character dominates at lower gravities.

Attenuation: >80%
Flocculation: Medium
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 65-69°F (18-21°C)
Alcohol Tolerance: Very High

Note: White Labs yeast must be kept cold to ensure freshness. They are shipped with ice packs, but need to be refrigerated upon receipt. Remove them from cold storage a few hours before use.
