Product Description

Also called 'rauch' malt, this malt is smooth & mellow with a flavor of bacon or salted pork. This malt is smoked over beech wood and is not as intense as cherrywood or peat smoked malt. An integral part of any traditional rauchbier recipe. German grains from the Weyermann malting company. 2.1-3.6 Lovibond.
