Product Description

Used in German style Roggen beers and other rye beers. Has a unique fruity, spicy flavor. Often added to wheat beers and IPAs for additional complexity. German grains from the Weyermann malting company. 2.8-4.3 Lovibond.

Wheat and rye do not have any husks. We recommend including rice hulls if your recipe calls for large amounts of either of these grains.
