Product Description

An Oktoberfest beer which, due to the unique yeast strain, can be fermented at either an ale or lager temperatures. Includes Malt Extract, Specialty Grains, Hops, Grain Bag, Priming Sugar and Liquid Yeast. Makes approximately 5 gallons.

Original Gravity: 1.054

IBUs: 23.2

Color: 16.9 SRM

Alcohol: 5.29% ABV

Ferment at 68-74 or 55-58 degrees Fahrenheit.

Note: This kit comes with White Labs liquid yeast, which must be kept cold to ensure freshness. it is shipped with ice packs, but needs to be refrigerated upon receipt. Remove the yeast from cold storage a few hours before use.
