WLP095 Burlington Ale Yeast



Product Description

This yeast is similar to WLP001 California Ale Yeast, but yeast throws a little extra personality and body into a beer. Great for IPAs, ester production is higher than WLP001, giving the beer a little bit of a fruitiness that could pair well with citrus hop flavors. This yeast has been known to result in more diacetyl so increasing the temperature at the end of fermentation is suggested.

Flocculation: Medium
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 67-70°F
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High

Note: White Labs yeast must be kept cold to ensure freshness. They are shipped with ice packs, but need to be refrigerated upon receipt. Remove them from cold storage a few hours before use.
