Product Description

Abbaye is an ale yeast strain of Belgian origin selected for its ability to produce great Belgian style beers. Great for high gravity beers such as Dubbels, Trippels and Quads, this strain will produce the signature ester profile required for authentic abbey style beers. The propagation and drying processes have been specifically designed to deliver high quality beer yeast that can be used simply and reliably to produce ales of the finest quality. Fermentation temperature: 63 – 74 degrees Fahrenheit.
