The following is a list of HomebrewUSA’s terms and policies for our online store. These terms will be displayed again at checkout.

Terms and Conditions

All orders received by 3PM will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3PM will be processed the next day. The customer’s Credit/Debit card or Paypal account will be charged for the order immediately on placement of the order. Orders may be cancelled until they have been shipped by calling the Norfolk store at 757-459-2739. No order can be cancelled after it has been shipped. Canceled orders will be exchanged for store credit only, no refunds will be given on canceled orders.

Refunds and Returns:
No returns will be accepted on ingredients or dispensing equipment. Any other returns will be handled on a case by case basis. The customer is responsible for verifying the contents of their order before making payment. All returns must be requested within 30 days of placing the order. HomebrewUSA will pay return shipping only if the return is a result of our error. We reserve the right to not accept any return for any reason.

Brewery Pick Up:
All orders placed for brewery pick up are subject to that brewery’s terms and schedules, which are displayed on the shipping selection screen. Orders will only be available during the brewery’s normal hours of operation and must be picked up within one week of delivery. A valid ID must be presented at pickup. HomebrewUSA is not responsible for damage or loss of orders after they have been delivered to a brewery. The brewery is not responsible for damage or expiration of products before they are picked up by the customer. The brewery is not responsible for holding orders longer than one week.

All orders will be shipped via UPS. HomebrewUSA is not responsible for damages caused during shipping or the loss of packages by the shipper.

Perishable Items:
All items requiring refrigeration will be shipped with ice packs to ensure freshness during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to refrigerate perishable items upon receipt. HomebrewUSA is not responsible for perishable items expiring during or after shipping. Most of our recipe kits ship with White Labs liquid yeast cultures, which must be refrigerated on receipt.
